Team Profile

CHASTE PROJECT GROUPE comprises THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE, with a Managing Director, a General Manager in charge of Marketing matters,

THE SALES OFFICE, THE TECHNICAL OPERATIONS OFFICE, & THE LOGISTICS OFFICE all headquartered in Lagos, and with Branch offices in Abuja and Lagos.

Also, guided by the principle that nothing but CHANGE is constant, we are always learning and inculcating new ways, procedures, products and methods with which we claim an edge over other firms of comparative sizes.

The Middle and Low Level manpower are constantly undergoing re-training to bring about the desired proficiency and efficiency.

The management team is made up of the following people:-

HARRY ODEY (Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer):

A 1985 graduate of University of Ife, Ile-Ife, an Architect is the company's Chief Executive and has had varied experiences in the construction and maintenance industry which include extensive practical experience having undergone training during his studies in Pre-cast elements production and utilisation with Messrs ADELMA LTIMITED, (1981), In-situ construction with Messrs JAYONS in 1982/83, Pupil Site Architect with Messrs ROSUAR limited in a Telephone Exchange Project, 1983/85. Co-founded HAREMMAT NIGERIA LIMITED IN 1985 as Operations Director. It is on record that Haremmat is the pioneer outfit in Nigeria in the area of high rise façade maintenance. In 1988 HEIGHT ACCESS NIGERIA LIMITED was founded, 1989, FAÇADE TECHNOLOGY NIGERIA LIMITED was created and have both remained forerunners in their areas of specialisation. CARTEL WORLDWIDE NIG LIMITED was founded in 1991.

It is also on record that he remains the only specialist in HEIGHT ACCESS SYSTEMS ARCHITECTURE, in sub saharan Africa. He has attended several courses in Nigeria and overseas and also a graduate of the prestigious LAGOS BUISNESS SCHOOL (LBS CEP 8 1999).

 PRECIOUS AKINHANMI (Head of Marketing Unit)

An MBA graduate of the University of Ilorin, and with 14 years post graduate experience, 11 of which were spent with Nigerian Tobacco Company in various capacities such as Assistant Divisional Marketing Manager, Area Marketing Manager, Area Manager (special duties) and finally as Area Manager South West, before joining our group. He has attended several executive and management training courses.

ANTHONY EGBUDU EGBE engr. Mnse (Head of Technical Operations)

A 1975 civil and structural Engineering graduate of the University of Nsukka, and with 24 years experience in various technical capacities 16 of which were with the Ajaokuta Steel Company in Kogi State, which he left as Assistant General Manager (Civil Engineering Division).He has also acquired Post Graduate Diplomas in Steel Technology, Structural Design from India and Design of Infrastructures from Italy. He has also attended various courses and seminars locally and overseas and was once on the board of Directors of the Calabar Cement Company.

He is a member of Nigerian Society Of Engineers and the Indian  Institute of Civil  Engineers.

 OLUSOLAPE AINA (Head of Sales)

A 1987 graduate of Chemistry, University of Lagos, has worked as Senior Sales Executive  with Resourcery Nigeria Limited a computer vending firm and before that has served as sales man in Field Printers and Paper Products Jos,  He has attended several management and executive courses and seminars.and has been with the group for six years and served in various capacities.

 DICKSON OMOREGIE (Head of Logistics)

A 1994, HND, Yaba College of Technology, graduate of accountancy, and qualified Chartered Accountant, ACA, with 5 years experience spanning Auditing, Management consultancy with professional groups such as J A Adejuwon and Co., and commercial concerns such as Afrocomerce W. A. Ltd and Deputy manager of Accounts with Nigerian Ropes Plc before joining our group.

OUR ABUJA OFFICE IS MANAGED BY ANDREW UDOBI

AND ASSISTED BY THEOPHILOS GAADI,

CALABAR POINT OFFICE IS MANAGED BY GODWIN EBA ARICHA

PAUL OGRI IS INFOTECH MANAGER, IN THE LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT

SUPERVISORY AND FIELD PERSONNEL

OUR OPERATIONS ARE SUPPORTED BY SEVERAL SUPERVISORS AND FIELD PERSONNEL/ LOGISTICS ASSISTANTS WHO ALL COLLABORATE AND ARE PROPERLY COORDINATED TO BRING ABOUT SUCESSFUL PROJECTS REALISATION.
